　　新的一学期已经开始，我们进入了三年级的学习阶段，随之新学期的班长竞选也开始了。
　　我在上学期的班干部工作中取得了一定的成绩，得到了老师和同学们的信任与支持。但是，人并不是十全十美的，在平时的上课当中，我有点不敢大胆举手发言，总是胆小如鼠，很害怕会出错，怕同学笑话。现在，我决定在新的学期里改掉这些毛病。争做一名合格的、优秀的班干部。
