一个六级考试真题的疑惑

先看一个六级考试真题的断句剖析，然后我结尾提问不知道的地方：

那是干什么从句呢？
大家在前面总结基础语法的时候说过：要看是什么从句就看它跟着什么东西后面。这里显然是跟在“Supreme Court”（最高法院）后面。从句中的“that”是主语，指的是“Supreme Court”。既然从句修饰名词，that做成分，所以这里的从句是定语从句。翻译成“....样的最高法院”。
这里大家就将句子断成了两段：
1、But this is a real-life argument before a Supreme Court：但在最高法院面前的一个真实的争论2、that has a well-earned reputation for looking out for the interests of large corporations．这个最高法院一直以来就获得了一个照顾大企业的利益的名声将两段话合起来就是：但在真实的争论中，最高法院以关注大企业的利益而闻名。
“that has a well-earned reputation for looking out for the interests of large corporations.”作定语从句修饰“a Supreme Court”，那为何翻译之后变成了“争论内容是「最高法院以关注大企业的利益而闻名」”如此的意思了？感觉这里的一个“a Supreme Court”被用了两次的感觉，一次是“最高法院面对的争论”，另一次是“以关注大企业的利益而闻名的最高法院”。
难道是如此理解？「But this is a real-life argument before a Supreme Court that has a well-earned reputation for looking out for the interests of large corporations．」
但总感觉哪儿不对啊。
