形容词置于句首的倒装

Great are our achievements in science and technology, so todays life is convenient.

在主系表结构中，把表语放句首，主谓倒装，强调表语？譬如，the boy is clever, 可以说clever is the boy?

Great are our achievements in science and technology!
后面的so分句感觉非常别扭，先砍掉再说。

形容词作主语补语，置前，是一种强调方法。你读的时候，会有强烈的感情。后面需不需要倒装，看主语长不长。假如非常长，就倒，假如不长，就不倒。

所以，The boy is clever，强调表达时，为Clever the boy is!

倒装的例句再如：

Very important isa man’s early education in his later life.（比较：A man’s early education in his later life is very important.)

Rather different were those made in the fifties.
