英语的否定范围问题(not completely)

请问在英语中是否有两种否定？一种是不是定动词，一种是不是定副词。

譬如Ｉdont agree with you completely 和 I completely dont agree with you 的意思是不同的吗？

I dont agree with you completely 和 I completely dont agree with you 的意思不同。

I dont agree with you completely. = 我并不完全赞同你。（completely 在否定范围之内）

= I dont completely agree with you. = 我并不完全赞同你。（completely 在否定范围之内）

英语理论上可以说：

Icompletely dont agree with you. = 我完全不认可你。（completely 在否定范围以外）

但事实上仿佛completely 极少坐落于否定范围以外，要表示“完全不认可”，可考虑改用其他说法：

Icompletely disagree with you. = 我完全不认可你。

I dont agree with you at all. = 我完全不认可你。
