联合国大会（United Nations General As百度竞价推广bly）是联合国主要的审议机构（main deliberative organ），由联合国全体193个会员国一同组成。大会每年9月至12月举行一届常会（regular session），常会一般分为两个阶段，前段为一般性辩论（general debate）阶段，后段为大会审议列入议程的各项议题阶段。在一般性辩论中，联合国各会员国可就广泛的国际问题（international issues）发表各自怎么看。
