看书看得正入神时听到手机响，打开一看，原来是某个群里有人发了个笑话；过一会儿，手机再响，原来是垃圾短信。这种情况，大家天天都会遇见，可能大家没意识到，但如此的信息侵扰其实是无意间在盗用大家每一个人的注意力。
